Ariel has over 14 yrs. of experience in the accounting profession. He graduated from San Joaquin Valley College in 2007 with an associate degree in Business Administration with a concentration in accounting. Part of his career was spent helping develop and grow his father in laws landscaping business while also holding a position for a well-known jewelry company in which he developed a skill in hiring, training, associates in the financed collection department where they had to maintain an elevated level of Currency in A/R and low levels of Bad Debts with clients that would get behind with their financed account. In 2016 after having his 2nd baby Ariel decided to take his knowledge to the next level where he took his course to obtain his Tax License. For 2 years Ariel did the Tax Season with Liberty tax until he knew he could take all his knowledge and put it to work for himself and open his own Accounting Firm. Thus, the beginning of Taxpro Advantage Inc. Since then, Ariel’s goal is to help business owners put into practice processes that work in order to be successful while giving them Tax Strategies to keep more of their hard-earned money.  

 

Ariel loves spending time with his family, taking them on road trips, amusement parks, the ocean, or just a random walk in the evening, and most of all he is committed to his kids' education. Therefore in 2020 he ran and was elected as a board member for Delhi Unified School District. 

Estefani Mendoza joined Taxpro Advantage Inc. in August 2020. She is a Client Administrator and is also CTEC licensed. She has worked in the customer service industry since 2018, gaining various management skills over the years while still bringing the best customer service. This experience gave her the ability to understand a business, find solutions, stay optimistic, and maintain a passion for what is set in front of her. She is currently attending California State University, Stanislaus and will be majoring in Sociology 2024.

 

During her free time, she loves to spend time with her family, enjoys the outdoors, and hopes that she will be able to continue annual trips outside of the country.
